Requested a refund at check in due to incorrect booking. Lady at the desk complained of system issues that I couldn't check in at all I asked for refund and was told it would be coming but have not received it.

When we first arrived, we had to switch rooms because the tub water did not work. Once we switched rooms, the TV did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work. The queen bed had bedbugs. We did not get any extra towels. Any extra blankets. The air conditioner did not work.

We had an issue with the 1st room not really clean hair dryer was broken. I advised the desk they were super nice gave us a new room with no issues. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but would stay there again.
