Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

The hotel has great potential, with some modifications. Check in area is too small and not enough staff. They will need more people there. Bell boys are too slow. Waited 30 min for my suitcases but ended up getting it as it took too long. Main restaurant need some upgrade too with bigger food selections.

Food was great, service was excellent, ambiance is amazing. Great entertainment. Friendly staff. However, rooms smell moldy, sink clogged, not only our room but some other rooms as well (friends). Rooms need upgrade badly.

Great location, staff were very very accommodating and ready to assist, hotel needs a refresh of the bathrooms.

We stayed here for a week & it was alright. For the most part the staff around the resort were friendly, helpful & approachable. We did have issues with the front desk or the service team. Our room was leaking water from the ceiling starting on day 3 and continued until day 8. We immediately reported it via the phone they said they’d send someone and never did. We used towels to clean it up and buckets to collect water we reported it on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done. We also had our room cleaned everyday and no one did anything further. We were told by the supervisor “this is the first time I’m hearing about this” even though the one work at the front desk was who we talked to and they denied it. We also had terrible luck with our room keys and getting locked out, several people we talked to reported this as well. Making reservations for dinner was extremely painful. Not sure we would stay here again or try somewhere else out. We also were never compensated for the experience in our room.

The staff and facilities were amazing. Best holiday I have ever been on. I was truly able to relax.

Pretty nice place. There was a mix up at check-in which delayed my room by 2 hours but staff were swamped so understandable. Aside from that, excellent service was provided. Amenities are nice and well maintained. Food was average quality unfortunately which was surprising. My recommendation to management would be to include more local cuisine in the menu for some authentic flavours. Still, I would recommend staying here as we had a great time.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the All-Inclusive Price Although I booked an all-inclusive package, my room was missing basic amenities that are supposed to come with it. There was no phone in the room, so I couldn’t even order room service – which is one of the supposed perks. The TV didn’t work, the mini fridge was empty, and overall, the room was in terrible condition. The shower is a joke – clearly designed for someone under 5 feet tall. I’m 5’9” and had to literally squat to wash my hair. The food is well below average, especially when compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at throughout Mexico. Service? Non-existent. I raised concerns to the same woman at the front desk multiple times, and she didn’t care at all. I even tried ordering food via WhatsApp (since there’s no room phone) and called 10 times – no answer. I walked down to the lobby and found it completely empty. I’m beyond disappointed. The service is awful, the hotel is outdated, and they clearly don’t care about guests. Spend an extra $1000 and go somewhere else – it’ll be worth it. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The food isn’t great and the elevators all smell like BO but not bad for the price.

Liked everything about it except room service doesn’t knock they jus use their key an enter. I didnt want room services every day. They entered anyway, had to yell a few times during our intimate moments! Other than that it was nice the facility is conjoined with kids resort also. The restaurant fujirami was terrible an its nt worth going. It needs a replacement.
