تم الاتصال ع الفندق لمعرفة حجزي وتم الرد من موظف الاستقبال واخبرني بان الفندق مغلق للوضاع الراهنة في المنطقة الحرب وتم مراسلة الفندق اكثر من ثلاث مرات لتغير موعد الحجز وتم رفضها بالكامل وتم الاتصال بالفندق عدة مرات وفي عدة ايام ولم يتم الرد وارغب في استرجاع مبلغ الحجز وقدره 1660 ريال لان الفندق مغلق في موعد حجزي
