This was not my first stay here . The rooms are clean the beach is clean . I want to shout out Rodger, Orasha,Rome bartenders and the entire housekeeping staff. This location is walkable to quite a few shops and restaurants .

What surprised me was the lack of consideration and consistency with the staff on the front in and kitchen manager. 1. . I booked and paid online for multiple rooms and includes breakfast. Well the staff did not communicate with each other and that disturbed my trip. I was not happy with. Being called out the beach with my family as if it was something wrong . And the error was with the staff . 4 days out of my stay they called me off the beach to say I ran out on my breakfast . Which is impossible because you have to leave a card on file at check-in .that annoyed me and it was rude . 2. I never had an issue with stray animals . Well we were in the water and kittens . Came from everywhere all on our things and food . My son is allergic to cats . and what also Annoyed me was the guest was feeding them . NO STOP FEEDING THEM . So much so the come and lay on the dining deck and crawl on your beach chairs .

low key atmosphere

I stay often at Travellers, but now the pool attendants refuse to turn down (or change) the deafeningly loud rap music they play, which can be heard throughout the grounds. Otherwise the staff are wonderful. The beach area was always small, but unfortunately the hurricane damage left almost no sandy area.
