Comfort Suites Paradise Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Paradise Island and would happily recommend it to families looking for a well-located and affordable base on Paradise Island. The biggest advantage of staying here is the complimentary access to Aquaventure at Atlantis, which represents a significant saving and allows guests to enjoy the waterpark every day of their stay. For families in particular, this is excellent value for money. The location is superb, just a short walk from Marina Village, Atlantis, restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Paradise Island without needing a car. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The hotel pool area was also well maintained and provided a quieter alternative to the Atlantis pools when needed. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for a family stay. Whilst they could benefit from some modernisation and updating, they were perfectly functional and provided everything we needed. The housekeeping team were friendly, pleasant, and did an excellent job throughout our stay. We found most staff helpful and accommodating whenever assistance was required. Overall, Comfort Suites Paradise Island offers outstanding value for money. If you are looking for luxury accommodation, there are more upscale options nearby, but if your priority is a central location, daily access to Aquaventure, comfortable accommodation, and a family-friendly atmosphere without spending a fortune, this hotel is an excellent choice.

There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The most frustrating issue during our stay was obtaining a working room safe. Despite reporting the problem and following up several times, it took three days before the issue was resolved, which was disappointing given the importance of having a secure place to store valuables. Housekeeping was pleasant and friendly, however the service itself appeared fairly basic. Daily servicing generally consisted of making the beds, replacing towels, and a quick sweep of the floors. There was limited evidence of deeper cleaning during our stay. That said, the room itself felt clean on arrival and remained comfortable throughout our visit. Whilst these issues did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the holiday, they were noticeable and could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Proximity to Atlantis and access to their facilities.

You don’t get a wrist band pass for the whole stay you have to go every single day to the specific booth at Atlantis to get a new wristband and sign a new waiver. Also resort fees are steep 25% (10%tax and 15% gratuity) on every single purchase!

Tout était bien . Les chambres , l accueil , la piscine , le petit dej . Rien à redire .

Too over priced.

Excellent location. Very short walk to Atlantis. Clean. Comfortable beds, good bedding, lots of pillows. Spacious room. Nice simple breakfast with a couple of hot options. Good value for money!

Older hotel. Rooms a bit dark.
