Comfort Suites Paradise Island

This property is steps away from Atlantis and included in the stay. Breakfast was included which is a plus. Staff was alway very nice and well dressed.

Breakfast wasn’t always ready right at 7am but shortly after. Really don’t have anything bad to say great place to stay.

Die beiden Burschen bei der Bar waren absolute Idioten und sowas von unfreundlich und nicht hilfreich, genervt bei Fragen und sichtlich nicht interessiert dort zu arbeiten oder den Gästen eine Freude zu machen und einen guten Urlaub zu ermöglichen.

Die Lage ist Großartig.

breakfast with limited options. wifi did not work, for Atlantis we daily needed to obtain access bracelets rather than at check in for the period of stay which was not great as was time consuming...

The location and the fact that you get access to Atlantis is a big bonus. The staff were friendly. The cocktails were really good!

Our room was fine for sleeping and showering after a long day at the waterpark. But the door latch was broken and the lock needed to be wiggled a bit before I could lock the door. The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. It was very loud outside our room. On the first morning, we could hear several conversations from guests who were making their way to breakfast. On the second morning, we wanted to sleep in (had the DND sign on the door), but the housekeeping staff pushed their trolley right up against the wall, something knocked over and they were speaking to each other in really loud voices. Very unprofessional, especially what they were discussing. We had dinner at their hotel restaurant on our first night and the service was so bad. My daughter's food came and I had to wait nearly half an hour for mine. The bar made up for it with great cocktails. We tried breakfast the first morning and we were so disappointed. The food was mediocre at best, the staff quite rude and we ended up not doing breakfast again. NB*** To get your daily wristbands to access Atlantis Waterpark, pools and aquarium: Head into the Royal Atlantis, go down the stairs by the lobby. The desk is next to the photo desk. There are no signs telling you this. Also, if you want to get wristbands on your check-out day, go get them before 11am (which is the Comfort Suites check out time). They do not tell you this and you forfeit your final Atlantis day if you go after check out time. Wristband colour changes everyday, so you have to get new bands for every day of your stay.

La seule chose c’est l’emplacement, à 5 minutes de l’Atlantis. Chambre spacieuse , personnel entretien et direction sympathique.

Le personnel de la réception d’une incompétence et d’une froideur détestable. Le petit déjeuner est immonde pas un déjeuner juste une collation à la limite du respectueux , de plus le week-end trop de monde ont vous refuse l’accès au petit déjeuner… Les chambres spacieuses mais vieille et pas franchement nettoyée, les lits attention de ne pas être trop grand et un mélange de draps , une catastrophe. Des cafards, des lézards… Oui c’est une région tropicale mais quand même … la femme de chambre part et elle laisse la fenêtre grande ouverte, merci pour la sécurité… et pour les bêtes. Les chambres sont presque toute communicant avec une autre donc vous avez l’impression de dormir avec les voisins, chacun sont choix . Chambre humide et odeurs de moisi. De plus c’est assez intéressant car toute les nuits du week-end c’est meeting dans les corridors entre 2 et 4h du matin ;-) Le personnel du bar piscine… no comment aussi sympathique qu’une porte de prison il y’a que les tips qui les intéressent «  no change » Idéalement placé pour Atlantis et c’est tout. Malheureusement il y’avait séminaire à l’atlantis pas possible de se loger. La prochaine fois vaut mieux déplacer ses vacances.
