"A place that has everything."

Location was excellent. The owner/ staff were fantastic. Went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. On arrival there was a bottle of wine awaiting and we had a treat provided each day. Extraordinary service. Highly, highly recommend.

Staff were excellent. The checking in approach was very easy and seamless. The apartment was of a high standard. Well thought out, high level appliance quality, very comfortable beds and furniture. We were greeted on arrival with a half bottle of wine and the next day sort shortbread biscuits. A nice touch.

Perfect location, just a few yards away from the famous tram 28, two excellent breakfast options around the block, walking distance to center, outstanding customer support from Rui Pedro who was extremely knowledgeable, warm, personal. Excellent value for the price. Housekeeping was extremely diligent and ready to help. Apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable with a window to a narrow cobblestone.

Everything. From the time I contacted On/Set office to book transportation to the apartment until the moment we left, the service was impeccable. Exactly what you should expect but most times not get. The staff, the apartment and the neighborhood were amazing

Could have used a little more space but it is Europe and that’s the way it is.
