ON/SET Alfama - Lisbon Cinema Apartments

We had an incredible stay and couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was spotless (exceptionally clean), modern, and perfectly equipped – it truly felt like a home away from home where nothing was missing. The location is ideal for exploring the city. ​A special thanks to Rui Pedro, the concierge. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided us with perfect service throughout our stay. His hospitality made our trip even more special. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

ON/SET exceeded our expectations the apartment was absolutely stunning. Pedro was amazing couldn't do enough for you. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and everyday a little surprise would be waiting for us and Anastasia made us the most delicious lemon cake. Highly recommend staying ao ON/SET you won't be disappointed..

My little family/friend group stayed in the O Castelo apartment and A Fadista studio. Amazingly designed. We could see the attention to detail in the construction & design. And it had everything needed for our stay. We stayed in various places in Portugal, but the beds in ON/SET Alfama were the best! What made the experience even better was the staff!! Rui Pedro is sincere, helpful and very pro-active. Checking periodically if we needed anything. He offered to arrange our taxis for departure. Super, super helpful! Even when a request was made at 10 pm, he responded surprisingly quick which was not expected at that hour. It gave us such a sense of comfort as we recognized we were in great hands. The housekeeper Anastasia is so pleasant! Also checking in with us if we needed anything. And the treats we received where unexpected and gave a personal touch to our experience with ON/SET. Highly, highly recommend and intend to return!

Honestly, there is nothing we didn't like about our stay at ON/SET Alfama.

L’appartement a toutes les commodités qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour, il est bien décoré bien agencé, le personnel de conciergerie et de ménage et très concerné et professionnel. C’est un gros plus. Très sécurisé.

Le quartier en lui-même n’est pas des plus développé pour le tourisme, les rues sont sales mais c’est le problème de Lisbonne en général.

Even though we chose a smaller unit, the space was designed very efficiently. We were very comfortable and our apartment was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Lisbon. Alfama was our favourite district in the city. Rui Pedro was very attentive and always checked to see if there was anything he could do for us.

It was a minor challenge to take our suitcases up the stairs.

This booking was for my daughter and new husband who are on their honeymoon. This is their review. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon. We booked the room with the balcony which was very stylish, clean and had absolutely everything you could need. Rui Pedro was brilliant. We haven’t had service like this before and we felt very welcome. He explained all of the facilities upon check in and where to find everything, asked us what temperature we would like the room to be at before arrival, let us have an early check in and was there at the end of the phone for any questions we had thoughout our stay. He also left us a few goodies which was very thoughtful along with an umbrella when it was due to rain. Another big thank you to our housekeeper, Anastasia, who was also great. She kept our room clean and tidy, made the bed, topped up washing machine tablets/water etc which was much appreciated. I also enjoyed her freshly baked cake which was eaten that night by both myself and my husband. I have recommended this place to my family and friends who will keep in mind as they are wanting to visit Lisbon in the future. Thanks again for making our honeymoon special. Sophie & Chris
