El personal siempre amable. Urge que hayan mantenimiento y renovación de muebles de baño. El estado del WC, a pesar de que se esmeren hacer limpieza, ya luce sucio y eso no da buena impresión.

Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para pasar el fin de semana. Muy cerca de san juan del rio, amealco y a unos minutos mas tequisquiapan y queretaro.

Sucio , habitaciones descuidadas , no llega wifi, lleno de moscos , baños horribles. Muy descuidado El servicio del peraonal del restaurante es extraordinario al igual la gente en recepcion, pedi me cambiaran habitacion y me mandaron a itra pero exactamente igual.

En esta ocasión no nos cobraron horas extras del check out a diferencia de otras ocaciones, el día del tri san gil es imposible salir a tiempo y en otras ovaciones se aprovechan para cobran extra. No fue así esta vez , muy bien por eso

It’s a misión style hotel. So don’t expect a modern hotel style. It has a convenient restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only negative encounter was my room outlet was very limited to 2 working outlets. But overall I chose this hotel because my sister lives 2 minutes away.
