Climbing up the steps to lobby. Stairs need handrails.

It’s location is in the centre of things. A very short walk from the evening market and near the lake. Very helpful staff at front desk. Can’t argue at all with value for money.

One thing I did not like was been woken up at 6 a.m with somebody singing to load music. Took a while to shut him up! Otherwise, it is a quiet spot just off the centre of things. One struggle though was running hot water - be patient and it will come.

I will stay here again. Messed up the reservation length online and they helped me and my business partner fix the issue no problem. English is a not great here so make sure you use google translate and everything will be easy. The wifi is very fast and the rooms are built well so you will not hear other people

We would like to thanks all Wisteria team members, especially Ms. Phuong Trinh helping us set up and arrange everything perfectly for our Honeymoon trip. Thanks to HK for making the most beautiful bed for us, and FB for serving really good breakfast every morning. We would come back in the near future.

Rooms were very comfortable. Not ideal for elders to go up the steps to get to the lobby. Breakfast was very good.

Upon arrival told hotel was under renovation so moved to what I can only describe as a box room of very poor quality.

The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The room is very clean and modern.

Why the great reviews? Extremely lound bus full of Vietnamese waking you up at 5am typically Vietnamese shouting making noise. A note to foreigners Dalat does not really like you my Vietnamese wife was told on several occasions. Rented motorbike through hotel but old bike no brakes had 10 year old and wife on board. Asked to change bike ok got better bike much newer then hotel tried to charge 2 1/2 day rental.when we picked up 10.30 am returned 10am 2 days later. Come in sucker. Now another huge drawback construction site over the road starts 6.30 am an very loud. Bathroom condiments crap. No Aircon in rooms. No restaurant. Very small tv but has good cable channels. Why do new hotels insist on tiny TV's?.? I am sure there is better hotels around city centre.

Avoid. Bus loads of Noisy Vietnamese bus loads arrive 5am. Construction over road starts 6am. No restaurant. No aircon. Pillows not good. Bathroom supplies made for Lumper Lumper's.

Perfect little hotel beautifully clean in a fab location staff were amazing would highly recommend ..
