"A very uncomfortable stay"

I had to pay a non smoking fee and I wasn’t able to get a refund I had to stay there or lose my money also the front desk he also kept telling I can’t be to loud because he see me with my family he also made it very uncomfortable when he gave me a room right next to the office and the house keeper was also rude
