Night two was much better after switching rooms/floors. Hellen is the best on front desk!!

No water kind of dirty

There was no hot water for the shower. There was trash on the side of the bed and the sink was dirty. The door locked but there was a huge gap in the side of the door.

When you walk in the front doors the rollers are worn out. Sounds like a haunted house.Then none of the ice machines worked in the whole hotel. Signs posted. Should have left then. The mattress in our suite was horrible along with sofa sleeper. Had to crawl out of the hole, plus commode had a water leak. Moved to another room that wasn’t a suite but had been redone except bath. Bed was decent and couch also. Outside window pane had a tennis ball size hole in it and no microwave to heat up the barely warm breakfast. Hasn’t been redone in forever and is very disappointing for the Hampton hotels.

This place is awful!! There’s a reason why it’s empty. It’s dirty and falling apart. The carpet in our room was stained. The toilet didn’t flush well. The elevator was broke and had to be re-set (whatever that means). We were told the icemakers were out of order due to issues with the water softeners. At breakfast they had cereal out but NO milk. They were out of all the juices. Not expecting the Ritz but definitely not par with other Hampton Inns. Don’t stay here

the location closed where family lives

staff no customer service. the room sofa was full of stains look old. we had to ask foe different room because the king bed was broken and we keep rolling off the bed. all their ice machine were broken.

The breakfast was warm, fresh and delicious.

There were left over personal items in the room from someone who had stayed before.
