The location, atmosphere, value, cleanliness were great. Everything is real easy. Staff is friendly. Guests/Residents are friendly. Golf is made real easy and the courses are great. There were a few minor issues in the room. Real minor though

The entire Lochness staff is amazing! Thank you to Heather, Christine, Emin, Matt for wonderful service. Every single time! Poolside or at the counter, they make sure you have what you need. Coco, Chad and the Marketplace staff went above and beyond. Udi our housekeeper and the housekeeping team went out of their way for us. The front desk staff are so nice and welcoming too. We choose Innisbrook in Palm Harbor every time we visit Florida because of everyone here and the level of service they provide, as well as the beautiful setting and amenities.

Innisbrook is one of the most beautiful places you can visit. Its natural beauty and accommodations are amazing. At the pool Christine, Heather and Emin took great care of us and Chef Krista makes delicious food! Over at Salamander Grill Bode was polite and welcoming. While Josie gave us great service! The food was delicious!

"Loch Ness!!"

Loch Ness Grill-Heather, Christine, Emin (?) (might have spelled it wrong.) ARE THE BEST! And Christa ( chef) is always on point! Always a smile, always great service, and they remember me even if I’ve been gone for months!! They really are the epitome of good service and hospitality.

"A resort to return to!"

We’ve been coming as a family for the past 6 years and always love it. We look forward to seeing Christine and Heather at The Lochness pool—they are like family, always greeting our family like we’re home. Chef Krista is excellent, especially handling food allergies. Innisbrook is #1!
