We had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend stay. Massages at the spa were top notch. The Loch Ness pool is wonderful for families. Service at the pool was excellent, particularly with Emin. I’m looking forward to returning!

Dinner with family at the Osprey outside. The service was absolutely phenomenal from Kaitlyn C. She took exceptional care of all 6 of us especially our 2 young granddaughters. They will remember this experience for years to come.

My kids love her, my family knows her, and she makes everyone feel like they belong. She remembers people, connects with us, and turns every visit into something special. Recently celebrated Easter with the family. Had a wonderful time. Teresa took great care of us. It was the first time for my extended family to come to innisbrook at Packards. They loved the service. They love the seafood towers. The drinks. The attention was wonderful.

Courses are amazing. Staff are professional, helpful and go the extra mile. Sam at Loch Ness pool is a true asset to your company. His resort knowledge and willingness to provide hospitality Are exceptional. He was working with Jillian who is also phenomenal.
