"Santo Tomas is a beautiful resort and Lord Nelson is a good hotel but Food and Drink is more superior in other hotels I’"

Clean rooms, lots of hangars! never enough. big flat screen Tv with a number of Chanel’s. Soft sun loungers always available. fabulous location, right on beach. Good size of pool, never felt crowded. very accommodating staff

Food a little repetitive. Not always warm. All inclusive needed more alcohol alternatives to regular brands that had to be paid for. Hotel needs to review this. I have stayed all inclusive many times and found the lack of alcohol alternatives a bit disappointing in comparison.

Room offer was with balcony or terrace, i didn't get that Fridge wasn't working Hot water didn't work 2 out of 3 days A for stata doesn't have sunbed for free on the beach?!
