"For the location, they need to step it up a little bit"

The heat wasn't working the first night, and they moved us, which was ok. The room we moved into, the heat was working the night they moved us, but throughout the night, it just quit. Went to the front desk to inform them, and noone ever came to see about it. Luckily it wasn't that cold the second night and we didn't need it. The staff was friendly, but they can do better. The guy cleaning the rooms isn't a good cleaner, luckily we bring our own cleaning supplies.
