The guy at reception was nice enough to give me a refund.

The sheets had cigarette burns in them, the toilets and bathrooms were dirty looking and the rooms looked run down, and we could not stay there. It just had a creepy vibe.

NOTHING!!! I REALLY WASTED MY MONEY!!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST THIS MAN HAD NO RESPECT FOR ME AR ALL ASCA WOMAN OR GUEST !! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD REALLY CHECK EVERY ROOM YO SEE HOW NASTY THEY ARE!!!

Room was discusting....bath tub was filthy sheets were stained and not clean...food in chest of drawers with a note not to throw away cause he would be back Sunday. Smell and overall cleanliness was very poor...didn't stay 5 minutes in the room and checked out
