Good location. Everybody helped me in the facility, they did Everything and every of my requests they took serious.

Sheets werent good and they had some of yellow dirt parts on it. 2nd and biggest problem was bugs. I killed 3 or 4 bugs on the bed. And last night 1 bug dropped nezt to me from air conditioner.

"Dirty and more"

reception is open all the time

Dirty sheets and dirty bed. Mold besides the air conditioner. Dirty Pool. No Card Payments. The fotos from the hotel are authentic, but must have been edited, as it was much more dirty in reality and the mold was not on the fotos.

The location is good and the staff very friendly.

Not very clean and the bed sheets were dirty. The swimming pool area is not very nice.

we really loved the place! well located, has good water pressure and hot water, comfortable beds, working AC, does not stink, has fridge, really nice and helpful personel. one of our best stays in Mexico.
