I had a positive experience staying at an IHG hotel. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a relaxing stay. Overall, the service was reliable and consistent, I have stayed here several times and I am looking forward to staying again.

"It was ok"

The staff was amazing the bed was clean and comfortable

Room temperature gauge was broken had the heat on 69 but it was 76 in a room turned it down to 50 something and was still 76 in our room ended up being 78 didn't want to turn the air conditioner on because I didn't want the kids to get cold the pool was so nasty and dirty it had dirty Band-Aids in it and nasty hair all over

Very nice location with staff that's very intune with customers needs. They have a breakfast bar that may need little work but have a decent gym and nice indoor pool. We will be staying here again when we come back.

I just want to share that my stay here at Holiday inn Express at 3033 Gratiot road that c h i a r a and Elizabeth were the best host that I could ask for they made sure I was taking care of and they have a very nice attitude and the or about them is just beautiful they are keeper.

"Staff Makes You Feel At Home Here!"

The staff was the friendliest my husband and I have ever encountered. They were always smiling, greeted us coming and going, and were quite helpful when we had an issue with our tv remotes. Everything was clean and the breakfast had a nice variety.
