Didn’t clean room while we were out

The location was ideal to where our family lived so it was good.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, we ordered a suite to ensure we had enough room for the kids. The pull out bed from the couch was dirty and they didn’t have any linens for it. I had to go down to the front desk and get linens. There weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. But not a big deal. The pool was way smaller than the pictures looked and extremely overwhelmed by the chlorine smell to which we had to leave due to it burning our eyes. There were no towels in the pool room. There were young kids next door in the gym running around and playing on equipment and running down the halls. No parents or adults present. The breakfast was so so. Not a lot of options or ice bear by. However, for what we paid, it was not horrible as these are small things. It was a good size room, decent location, but if your from Michigan, the area can be a little rough at night, just lock your car and don’t leave valuables in them.

Friendly and respectful. Fast and easy. Room is neat clean and well maintained. Trip from airport is smooth. Location is has easy access to major corridors.
