Hotel Drei Könige Luzern

Super séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. L'accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité du personnel , le confort des chambres et un petit déjeuner au top ont embellis notre séjour

- Great location - Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly - Fulfilling and decent breakfast

- The LEDs next to the bed made noise for a long before they cooled down, so we could not fall asleep quickly - Light in the bathroom was with motion sensor. When travelling with a baby, very uncomfortable when going to the bathroom at night, had to turn off the whole room electricity switch

The front of house staff member was so lovely as soon as we arrived and when we also checked out. We arrived earlier than check in and were able to leave our bags in the reception until the room was ready (it was earlier than the time mentioned on the booking check in which was a massive bonus!). We were shown the route of local attractions to visit which helped massively with the map! The balcony had a lovely view and breakfast was very nice. Overall a very nice stay in Luzern!

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to shut properly, and the bed and pillows were very soft but this is personal preference so may not be an issue to some!

Filipina guy at the reception, excellent customer service. Very patient. 10/10

The hotel is in a great location. We were going to be checking in later than expected due to a flight change, and when we messaged the staff we were assured there would be no problem. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Location was excellent

Bed were a bit too soft and we are used to sleeping on hard beds.

Excellent service and hotel. Matt in reception was very friendly and the team made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was also great!
