Ein fantastisches 4-Stern Haus, dass in vielen Aspekten einen 5. Stern verdient hätte - insbesondere bei der Gastfreundschaft, Service, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft und dem gewissen Extra. Absolut empfehlenswert.

angenehmes Klima, wunderbares frühstück, gute Lage, alles war einfach perfekt. wir konnten das Gepäck früher abgeben und bei der Abreise später abholen, der skikeller ist top!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Allalin. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski areas and right in the heart of Zermatt. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on getting around town and excellent restaurant recommendations. As a solo traveller, their support really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It was cleaned to an exceptional standard every day. The après-ski treats were a lovely touch after long days on the slopes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and excellent value for money.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato semplicemente magnifico. Fin dal primo momento si percepisce un altissimo livello di servizio e una grande attenzione al cliente. Ogni dettaglio è curato con estrema precisione, ed è proprio questo che fa la differenza. In particolare, ci ha colpito il rituale serale: quando si esce dalla camera per andare a cena, al ritorno si trova la stanza preparata per la notte, con il letto sistemato, un’atmosfera accogliente e delicati profumi rilassanti che rendono il momento ancora più speciale. Un gesto raffinato che trasmette una vera sensazione di cura e benessere. Un hotel che ha superato ogni aspettativa, un’esperienza che rimane nel cuore e che consigliamo vivamente.
