The property is lovely! It’s convenient and has an amazing breakfast each morning. Very clean, nice and helpful staff. This is our 2nd stay. We’ll be back.

O hotel está localizado na rua central de Zermatt e a 200m da estação de trem Localização perfeita para conhecer a cidade. O staff foi muito atencioso e ganhei um upgrade no quarto. A acomodação era ótima, confortável e acolhedora. Café da manhã muito bom. Também jantei em um dos restaurantes do hotel, o Pinte e usei o spa. Foi uma ótima passagem por Zermatt e recomendo muito o hotel.

Não houveram pontos negativos.
