Zentral, sauber

Ich habe dieses Hotel als Geschenk für eine Freundin gebucht. Im Zimmer war es kalt bzw. aus der Klimaanlage kam kalte Luft und das aktuell bei Minusgraden. Als sie das Problem an der Reception gemeldet hat, wurde mitgeteilt, dass max. lauwarme Luft möglich ist (???) und ein Heizgerät ins Zimmer gestellt wird, was auch gemacht wurde. Jedoch wurde die abgestellte Klimaanlage wieder eingestellt, was das Zimmer wieder stark abgekühlt hat und das bereitgestellte Heizgerät war nicht eingeschaltet. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ist das nichts wirklich angenehm.
