Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer bekommen - das war erstens recht gross und hatte zweitens eine Dachterrasse , von der man einen schönen Blick zum See und in die Umgebung hatte. Wir waren während einer Hitzeperiode in Zürich und am Abend nach Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse sitzen war toll ! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Strassenbahnen sind schnell erreicht, man ist zu Fuß schnell auf dem Bürkliplatz bei der Schiffsstation, oder im Bereich Bahnhofstrasse oder Ober/Niederdörfli

"Good location but disappointing overall"

The location was right downtown which we liked and just up the hill from the Molina restaurant - where we had an excellent dinner. The room was fine.

There is essentially NO lobby and the front desk staff is very limited. We asked the lady who was only on duty until 8 pm!!! to book a taxi for the next morning and she booked a car that was twice as expensive as a taxi would have been.
