The location was excellent, about 5 minutes from trams. The check-in went well with the receptionist very friendly. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped well with a lovely shower. The was breakfast was superb with both continental and English options.

Nothing really. We did not interact much with the staff.
