Place is corky and in general was a nice stay, but it is in one of the busiest night life area and this is not clearly communicated on the description, definitely not kids friendly. In addition, some of the furniture is in rough shape - sofa covered in a cheap blanket, pictures instead of hanging from the walls are on floor, one of the bed’s so low and hard it seems to lack a mattress, there was a leak in the kitchen sink or refrigerator making kitchen floor always wet, and property management lack of reply to emails was puzzling.
