too much smell in the room and toilet tank is leaking water whole night noise of water very bad experience with this

not clean and too much different type of pest in the room very bad

Got bit up by bed bugs...

Close to where we needed to be; comfortable beds.

The front desk clerk at check in was so rude! No elevators make it hard for elderly people. Breakfast was not great.

We had to be moved to a different room because our original room had an issue that I suspect was bedbugs. My family was separated into two rooms. My wife's room was double booked on our second night, and someone tried to enter our room before we checked out. Musty odor to the room and the whole place was generally unpleasant.

The stay was fine. My only issue was that housekeeping opened my door at 8:00am and started coming into the room. I was not ready for someone to be coming in, and was shocked that someone thought that it was okay to do so. It made me very uncomfortable to think that someone would be bold enough to do that. I don’t think that anyone should even think about entering a room unless the guest has checked out completely. I am not happy with that happening at all !

The staff went above and beyond their job descriptions and were very friendly, caring and helpful. Only complaint was the difficulty canceling out of a Super 8 reservation site and their not offering me the cheapest rate available. Better reservation and price via the actual motel.
