FairBridge Inn & Suites Moscow - Pullman

I stayed five nights. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The a/c worked very well. The environment was very quiet during my stay. The staff were very responsive and professional. The only drawback to the facility is the absence of an elevator to access rooms on the upper floors. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel on a recent Friday and Saturday night. The location was good. Lots of places to eat and a large mall if shopping is on your agenda. Free parking. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. If a good breakfast is something you enjoy you will be disappointed in this one. Limited supply of items. My friend said the coffee was good. The room was a decent size but the lighting did not light up the space. Fridge and micro. Good shower. Bed was ok as well as the pillows. The ac/heat unit were a bit noisy so I turned it off which then led to a musty smell in the room. The room rate was mostly the main reason to stay here...very reasonable.

Overall pretty decent for the money. I had a queen non smoking room and upon first entry I was hit with a smoking smell. I know it is a common thing when trying to go from smoking to non smoking so wasn’t upset just not prepared. The bedding and pillows did not smell like smoke which is good or I would have moved rooms. Staff were super friendly!!

Shabby, definitely a "stop over" hotel when driving a long distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room had filthy curtains, frayed and threadbare linens. Would not recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast items. Comfortable bed. Close to campus. Good value.
