Room was very clean and quiet. Light breakfast.

Had to switch rooms since key cards would not open door. We felt the room was overpriced.

We woke up to bedbugs crawling all over us need I say more. The front desk was aware they had a bedbug infestation and was told by the manager to rent the rooms anyhow.!!!

The room smelled like smoke. The whole hotel did.

You can hear every bit of steps and movement when you are on the ground floor from above you. But that’s not the worst part, you can hear the gushing sound of water everytime there are activities in the bathroom beside your room. But the staff are really nice and helpful.

Hotel is a block away from University of Idaho. Excellent place to stay if touring UI or visiting a student there. Room was clean. Shower had good water pressure. Staff at check-in was very efficient and kind. Breakfast was missing fruit or protein (neither sausage nor eggs); however, there was coffee, oatmeal and waffles.

Owen the check in guy was great. Could not get tv to first night second night the desk discovered other remote was needed. No new towels next day, and had to ask, trash not taken out second day. Room and bathroom really small

Friendly staff. Clean well appointed room with working outlets, hot water.

Inadequate parking. Door locks with very easy to guess codes felt less safe

🚨 Fraudulent, Unsafe, and Deceptive – Do Not Stay Here 🚨 This property is an absolute disgrace and a danger to travelers. 1. We were explicitly assured at booking that plenty of pillows would be available because I was heavily pregnant. Yet only three thin lumpy unusable pillows in total for two adults and a child. When we requested more, as we were promised, we were first told to wait, an hour passed and then flatly refused — despite the manager later admitting the next morning that yes, we should have been given them. Instead of making it right, she refused to refund us, refused to give us corporate contacts, and effectively blocked all resolution. 2. The pillows we did have were torn and lumpy, 3. The mattress so degraded my wife could feel every spring digging into her body. 4. The room and walls and bathroom were filthy and 5. There was a strong smell of Marijuana and smoke throughout tue entire premises!! It was so late by this time and with no alternatives, I was forced to sleep in a CHAIR, because it was the only tolerable option. Imagine being eight months pregnant with a child in tow PAYING to sleep in filthy, awful conditions. This is false advertising and a direct breach of their so-called “100% Satisfaction Guarantee.” In reality, they hide behind a phony 10% refund policy and ignore guest welfare. Looking online, I found dozens of other complaints describing filthy rooms, broken amenities, and health hazards. This is a pattern of deception, not a one-off. Staying here was the worst travel decision of my life. Unsafe. Unsanitary. Dishonest. For your health, your safety, and your dignity, do not stay at this property under any circumstances.

The staff were super friendly and helpful even though it was a busy busy day! The hotel was fully booked. My key card didn't work to get into my room. I had to go down 3 flights of stairs 3 times and get instructions on how to open the door. Like a key lock at home that you have to jiggle to get it to work. How about you fix the door? No elevator. Bed was the worst I've ever slept in. If it weren't for the friendly staff I would give this a terrible review.
