Empty hotel next door had homeless people in it...cops there a lot driveway needs work, paid for 1st floor smoking...room wasn't available

"It’s a pretty solid choice, would stay again."

It’s the best hotel on the left side of the strip, not even kidding. Purely based on cleanliness and quality of staff and rooms.

That the surrounding areas are pretty crappy, even the gas station in front isn’t exactly safe nor the abandoned buildings next door. Nothing related to Super 8 thankfully.
