"Horrible place. Should not be allowed to operate."

Water did not work. Only trickled out of faucet. Could not brush teeth or shower. Staff stated that all of Muskegon is having water troubles (not true). I asked for the manager and they told me he would be back in "a few hours" I left my phone number and never heard back... Horrible service.

No running water, no shower.
