The staff are very friendl.y. Pet friendly too. Just pick up the poo! Nice little deck in the back area for you to sit. The pet area is quite large. Really close to Rathbun Lake.

"Ok to just have a place to sleep and get ready in the morning"

Bed was comfortable

Bathroom door doesn’t open all the way. The toilet is crooked in room and door is stopped by toilet. No 2nd lock latch on main door.

The breakfast was very limited. Biscuits and gravy, waffles and yogurt were the only things offered. One out of three days there were no biscuits at 7am, the other two days the biscuits were hard enough to be hockey pucks. There was only 6 yogurt in the fridge,

Check-in was great; a first floor room was available, so we changed our reservation on site. Staff was hospitable. Breakfast and coffee was great. The bathtub didn't hold water. We were locked out of our room an hour and a half before ch
