They had a vacancy.

The staff was rude upon arrival, like it was an inconvenience to put down their phones and check us in. It was dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and needed to be swept. The mirrors were all streaky. The faucet shot water out everywhere. Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The convenience of location is nice.

The first thing you notice is a strong food smell. Not necessarily unpleasant, but it isn’t exactly a pleasant smell either. The smell was throughout the whole stay, morning or evening. The worst part for myself and my family were the really firm mattresses, our backs and hips hurt after waking.

The location was amazing. The room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was also very clean. The staff were friendly and very nice. Helped with a washing machine episode!! 😊

If I had to say anything negative, it would be that there were little specs of dirt/whatever it was in the ice cubes. Totally wasn't an issue though. I still used the ice for my ice water and iced coffee!!
