Harbor Town, BW Signature Collection

We liked that they have coffee, juice and water available for guests 24 hours a day. All of the staff were wonderful, really helpful, friendly and keen to make our stay there as pleasant as possible. Very comfortable and clean bed.

This isn’t a huge deal, but at first we thought the ‘choose your own breakfast time slot and sandwich’ was amazing. But when we woke up to our alarm and wanted more time in bed ….. anyway, I think the idea of doing that is good but realistically a lot of people won’t be getting up as early as they planned so I think buffet style might make more sense :)

The staff was pleasant. However, the room had a very musty smell and when I realized in the evening, the towels for bathing had fallen into the toilet from the rack above which only meant that the room was NOT checked before my arrival. That being said, the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Very MUSTY SMELL IN ROOM. Breakfast was not much to speak of, even McDonald’s would have been better

Room was smaller than anticipated.

Location was close to downtown and highway access. The breakfast options in the morning were very good. During our stay we had the breakfast sandwiches and they were very good.

Room was heavily used and cleanliness was not the greatest. The bed was very comfortable but because of the condition of the rooms and the cleanliness it made you feel uncomfortable.
