"Very pleasant, comfortable, and affordable."

Very friendly, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast made fresh for you. Comfortable clean room. A little bit better amenities than I was expecting for the price. Some of the decor in the room is a little dated(which actually, I liked the look of), but it all seemed well maintained and clean. The whole hotel has a lake life look to the decor and it is super cute! I liked that there was an actual tub with the shower. When I left, the concierge specifically asked if there were any problems that needed addressing. The rest of the guests were a good lot too. It was overall a nice basic stay hotel with a friendly, caring atmosphere.

The walls were a little “thin”. I could hear quite a bit from the next room. It didn’t end up keeping me up though.

"Good place to stay for the price will stay there again if passing thru"

The front desk clerk was the greatest! He helped us find places to eat with all honesty. The game room was unexpected and a lot of fun! The breakfast was different. The coffee was great

the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Could use some updating there

"Fantastic place to stay."

They prepared breakfasts by order and delivered it to our table. They also had extra "serve yourself" items. This place was exceptionally clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and rooms smelled fresh.

"Okay budget option but don't expect high level of clean."

Needed a place to stay in Manitowoc, and this place was $30 cheaper than other places I looked at.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The beds had been made but there was hair in the sink and shower, some kind of goo on the desk. Tub was grimy. I don't think the room had been vacuumed. The hotel is described as newly remodeled but I'm not sure what about it they remodeled. Hotel is not handicap accessible. No elevator to 2nd floor.

"Restful, pleasant stay."

Ryan was friendly and efficient in checking us in and in serving breakfast the next corning. The breakfast room was pleasant. We selected from a hot food menu the night before, to be ready for us at the time we chose the next morning. Other cold foods (cereal, fruit, juices, yogurt, etc) were served buffet style. Nice setup. Clean bathrooms and super comfy bed. I would stay here again.
