The staff member only cared about watching her phone. No hello no greeting no thank you for staying on check out. Might as well just put in code locks.

Great location.

There is no pool or gym here. Typical cleanliness for a cheap hotel, definitely bring your own cleaning supplies. Stayed 3 days with my family of 5 during a work trip. Bathroom was clean, outer sink area was not. Fixtures are old, but functional. Water was hot, internet was so slow I never could connect my laptop, and the network was unsecured. Parking lot was recently sealed, lots of police activity the day we left. Saw drugs sold in the parking lot, which has nothing to do with the hotel, but speaks about the people who stay there. Laundromat across the street and plenty of walking distance restaurants and drug/grocery stores. Kids loved biking through the adjoining neighborhood and park. Temperature was adjustable and AC was cold.

As stated jacuzzi timer didn't work properly was an extra qe paid for. But overall stay was good

Great location, quiet room, easy check in, but bedding and carpeting could use some upgrades!!

When we arrived to this hotel, my partner and I were exhausted and wanted to take a shower, but the tub was totally clogged and dirty. We went to go complain to Faith at the desk, who was polite and offered us an email to request a refund, but couldn't reaccomodate us or get the tub fixed. We just ended up not being able to shower, and began to notice how terrible of shape the room was in otherwise. Many of the linens and towels had mystery stains, the mirror was cracked, a spot on the floor was sticky and stained, there was an earring back between the sheets, and the refrigerator was barely cold. The manager was also quite unhelpful via email, and I found it very frustrating that I couldn't speak to him in person. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you literally have no other choice. Book with extreme caution!
