"Nice and all but they got BED BUGS!"

I liked how they have the rooms set up very nice and comfy!

Ok the very last stay I found a BED BUG!!! The front office lady told me that it was me and because I travel no I have never had one bed bug. this hotel is nice and all but that’s very Disgusting!

"Need better service, and also better rooms!"

Didn't think the room was very good, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and it was cold always even with the heat on at night in my room. Plus I didn't think the breakfast was very good either! It could've been better and the service was very slow answering the bell when they weren't at the counter. I won't stay there again! I'll just go somewhere else. Thanks though for the survey!

Everything, Like I said everything was not as I expected. Won't be staying there again!
