Location.

So many renovations are needed. Stairs were blocked off. Walls and doors were tattered and needed repair. Beds were hard. Fridge was barely cool.

Our stay was terrible! We had stayed there quite a bit. There was times where me and my fiancé had to get them to switch our rooms because of roaches. There were a few times the heat/air conditioner wasn’t working. Our last visit to the Regal Inn we checked in went up to our room when we got up there the room was freezing but the heater didn’t work my fiancé tried multiple things to try and fix it so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms but we had to go down to the front desk to get our room switched. We got to the second room of that night and needless to say it was INFESTED with roaches. Before I had even sat my stuff down I seen a hand full of them run under the tv box I lifted it barley and they swarmed out in bundles it was DISGUSTING! We went back up to the front desk to get our rooms switched again for the third time. We were trying to be understanding because we had stayed there multiple times before but the man at the front desk was rude because they gave us one room that was freezing cold and another room that was already occupied by their little pets. They kicked us out knowing we didn’t have anywhere else to go and was completely rude. All of the other workers there are 10/10 but I don’t recommend having to deal with the rude man there’s two younger guys that works there they’ve never had any problems with us the lady’s that work up there have never had any problems but we got BANNED BECAUSE OF HIS MESS UP! CRAZY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE REGAL INN!

I'm handicapped and requested a handicap accessible room, they only had two available at check in, one had no tv and the other didn't have air conditioning so we had a get a room on the 2nd floor which was very difficult for me. The bed was terrible and there were roaches in the room.

The room had roaches. There were meth heads all over the property. The sheets were dirty. The bed spreads had food on them and were sosatined I couldn't tell if they were clean or not. The sheets had a questionable substance on a new bed and what looked like poop in the other. This was under the nasty bed spread. Overall I do not recommend

We had reservation for a two night stay. We arrived one day early. We checked in for one nigh and paid for one night. It was not good. First the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. Curtains were falling off the window. Large crack in the door let sound and light in as well as the cold weather. Then we noticed a roach crawling up the wall. The last straw was the towels they were stained and looked dirty. We checked out in the morning and canceled the reservation but then we were charged for a no show for the reservations.
