Super 8 by Wyndham Belleville St. Louis Area

Smelling smoke they told me because I choose smoking room, instead of choosing non smoking room, so it was reservation irror, It good place and good customer service,

Bathroom door wpuld not latch One Bed and mattress was not easy to sleep on . 2nd one was very good

They were very nice and understanding of my late check in.

The house keeper the lady is very very very rude unprofessional, mean and nasty as hell. If they want people to come back they need to get rid of her.. I’ll never go there again for many reasons.

The outside is well kept and very inviting

The carpets were dirty, my feet were black after walking in the room

Not sure why this property has 7+ stars. SMDH… The cigarette smell took us out, literally!!!! The room was supposed to be a none-smoking… As soon as the other guests turned on their air, it was like pouring gasoline on a well lit fire. The property is old with a bunch of layers of paint that is trying to conceal the many, many moons this property has seen. There were flies in the room that were particularly aggressive and a nuance. We checked out within a few hours. The cigarette smoke started to come through the walls real bad after the 2nd hour. When to the front desk to report and property person at the front desk (Jim) said that they didn’t have a nonsmoking room. We specifically requested a non smoking room. Disappointed that Wyndham would put their name on such a low quality property…

The location and decor is great, the breakfast and electric plugins not so much.
