Very good contact and smooth check-in. The apartment is quite spacious and located in a great place. Auchan supermarket and numerous restaurants just outside. It is also very close to main attractions and easily accessible through public transport.

The kitchen should be better equipped (no corkscrew, no wine glasses, very limited number of plates and cutlery). If you plan to cook you have to bring your spices, oil, etc. The place was also not equipped with dishwasher tablets or additional toilet paper rolls. The apartment is generally quite old but has its nice old Lisbon charm, however the 2 sofas probably remember the times when famous Fernando Pessoa (died 1935) stayed in this building and should be replaced asap (the same applies to the mattresses in beds).

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento grande

Pregunté por la cafetera y me dijeron un tipo y era de cápsulas de una marca que no vendían, pregunté por el secador me dijeron que si y no funcionaba, y no pusieron sabanas para el sofá ni toallas para una persona. Nos las trajeron la tercer día entrando en el apartamento sin estar, eso no me gustó que las hubieran dejado en la puerta. Es un tercero sin ascensor

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very large and spacious, fully equipped with all the facilities we needed. The staff was exceptional and always helpful. The only downsides were that, being in the central area, it was quite noisy at night due to the nightlife. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open and could hear everything. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable.

La posizione comoda anche per girare la città a piedi e la comodità dell'appartamento.

posizione ottima il parchino davanti casa la sera era sempre pieno di gente, bairro alto è a 20 minuti di camminata e l’appartamento era veramente spazioso con un comodo divano in soggiorno

Very nice location, close to Praca das Flores, with plenty of chilled cafes

The condition of the property is very bad, yet nobody seems to care. Plenty of facilities not working (coffee machine, bathtub - so basics), some facilities not working properly (shower, kitchen furniture falling apart in your hands), parts of furniture loosely scattered around the flat. Also very dirty. A lot of mold in the bathroom. We even found some pill (like medical) just lying in the corner - quite scary, as we were travelling with small kids. Last but not least, they offered to deliver a welcome bottle of champagne for 75€. I like bubbly welcomes, so gave it a go, and what we received was a bottle of sweet cheap wine, priced at 4,20€ in the convenience store downstairs… Thank you Altido, we will definitely not meet again.
