"Exceptional"

We had an issue a few days before this stay. The manager contacted us and we expressed our desire to not have a repeat on this stay. Manager apologized and went over and above to make it right for us. His way of handling the situation went a long way with us and earned our future stays.

A couple of items needed a bit of maintenance. Nothing major.

I like the free breakfast. The room was nice. Clean! The pool was good.

The hot tub was dirty. The bed didn"t have comfronters. Not enough garbage bags for the trash bins in the rooms.

The front desk person was very friendly and polite , she told a litle bit about the City and places to go to.. The gentleman on Sunday was very friendly and helpful too . And the location.

The person at the desk on Sunday morning wasn't professional, not smiling or greeting at the guests. A litle noisy guests.

The TV would randomly turn on during the night. Multiple times. Mentioned it to staff but still happened the following night as well.
