The location was good for my meeting.

That when I got backat midnight and tried to get into the building card would not work. Call on house phone and young man did not answer . He just moved were i could not see him. After a few more tries i got inside and he just put his head down and went bsck to sleep.

Great attitudes, simple process made even easier by a good staff. Great job

The breakfast options could be a bit better. A wider selection of coffee creamer and maybe oatmeal with bananas one week and apples another week.

Not really what we expected. We did receive a kind welcome from the staff.

Our room was on the third floor and we were told the elevator did not work. No offer to help with our bags. Loud facility repairs went on well after 5pm. The room windows were very cloudy with dirt. The lights on either side of the bed were not connected to the power points. We had to reach behind the bed to connect them ourselves. There was supposed to be some breakfast, but only coffee was available.
