Great customer service.

Was not clean staff wasn’t helpful also stated had pool an hot tub but it was closed during our stay

The room was just ok..the house keeper didn’t announce herself when trying to come in! Just opened the door!! Then I was scared to be in the room!! The pool is a joke, not open when sign said… 11…it was after 2:30, and even then I had to ask to unlock as key didn’t work. Breakfast is also a huge disappointment.. chairs aren’t even down for sitting. Very unwelcoming hotel

One of the staff member/resident has a nasty attitude and acts like he is the boss and runs the hotel.

At first he asked for $100 cash deposit which I told him I don't carry cash. When I first walked into the lobby smell like marijuana. I was there with my 91-year-old mother and my 40-year-old autism sister asked for a handicap room said he didn't have any and sent me walking down the hall with the two of them about 20 rooms deep. My mom had to rest about three times to get there and when we got there the TV didn't work the floors were dirty the toilet paper roll was on the back of the toilet no towel racks only two towels and a wash rag it really sucked.

Good hotel for the money. The room we had was clean and comfortable. I little bit dated but it seemed to be kept up quite well. We got a good night sleep and was on our way in the morning.

Not a hotel but a Motel. In house residents of the hotel leave there doors open throughout the day and roam the hallways. back and forth from room to room. Pool closes at 8pm not 10pm which is listed. Toilet was filthy, sheets stained with burn holes.

I like that it’s quiet for the most part and they give you what you ask for if you do ask for anything.

I didn’t like that the housekeeping don’t clean your room while you there or try to ask you about cleaning . A bald man kept knocking at my door really was annoying . He came one time saying my babies where to loud .. then another day he came again saying they do room inspection for people who stay over a month which we was only here at the time for a week . Then he came again .. like what .. we at $500 a week to be comfortable not bothered.
