I liked the location and the swimming pool.

The stay was far too expensive for what it offers. Moreover, I brought my 7-year old daughter and they charged for her accommodation even thought she often sleeps with us on the same bed - actually all the hotels that I stay often offer a single bed as a courtesy since my daughter is quite small. What's more, the manager Rodrigo was quite rude when talking to us about this matter almost saying that if we didn't want to stay there it was our choice. Also, the bed was too soft and small - my wife and I slept very uncomfortably and we didn't rest well. Another thing was that the air conditioning wasn't chilling well and the room was very stuffy. I normally set the air at 23 degrees but at the hotel and set it to 17 and it wouldn't get cold! Finally, the breakfast was very basic considering the price I paid and they even charged me extra for a coffee capsule! I was impressed how stingy and greedy these people are! I'm not going back there and I don't recommend this place for this price to anyone! For what they offer, R$ 300,00 per night would be fair but I was charged R$ 750.00! That's just too crazy IMHO
