The Hot tub wasn't in service

This was a first time stay at this location. Check-in and Front Desk staff were courteous, and my first night in my larger suite room was fine. The next evening, I noticed that elevator (right next to my room), was inexplicably continuously traveling non-stop between the 1st and 2nd floor - every 2 minutes (I timed it), and the noise of the hydraulic equipment constantly running, kept me awake nearly all night. The next AM, I mentioned this to the Front Desk, and they very graciously comped the "no-sleep" night room charge and offered to move me to a standard room, down-the-hall. The rest of my visit was fine, and candidly - the slightly smaller 'standard' room was actually much nicer, and just more functional/practical than the "suite". This facility is a little older, but everything was in nice condition and very clean. I would gladly stay at this location again.

First lets start with the outside! Zero snow removal on steps going into the hotel on both sides entrances. Barely any parking also due to snow removal, or should I say lack there of. Inside, starting with lobby area. Their so called store has almost nothing there for drinks or food, or snack. Breakfast was a joke. Same watered down scrambled eggs and sausage links, waffle machine barely worked and so called office area for guests had zero ink in their printer. Elevators are slow, when they worked, and one wasn't working at all and the other one stopped on every floor up and down. Rooms were very outdated with think dust in vent, mold in bathroom due to lack of vent fan in bathroom. Tub in shower looked like it was patched and painted over the cracks. Room service, or should I say lack there of was basically non existence. Flyer in room says they will come by every three days, was there for 10 and never had towels changed, garbage taken out or bed made. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Other than being close to the mall and Texas road house and access main roads, nothing good about it. Pool is down for maintenance as well so don't bring your bathing suits. Go down the road a little and stay at much nicer places.
