"Fantastic views but not great for ada accessiblity"

The location is great with the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony! The ada beach access across the street is wonderful. Restaurants nearby are plentiful.

None of the handicap pool lifts were working for our entire 5 day stay. One woman at the front desk even told me to stay by the phone in my room to wait for her to call me about an update if maintenance has fixed a lift. I requested that she call my cell instead but was told it would be my room phone. I spent a whole day of my vacation in my room, waiting for a call that never came! Also, I could not get a room with a shower. I'm unable to get over the sides of a tub from my wheelchair. I would've appreciated a shower near the pool at least.
