Radisson Blu Hotel, Cologne

Very polite helpful staff, arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Room was clean and modern. Very comfortable bed which was essential after a long drive from the UK. Woukd stay again, cant go wrong with a Radisson Blu

Very overpriced for what you get and no personal service. It was one of our party’s 60th birthday when we were there. I emailed ahead and asked if there was anything they could do make it special, no response and no acknowledgement during the stay. I have stayed in many places and understand city centre hotels are always premium price but for £234 room only per night I wondered what I paid for. The room was nothing special and tired in places. The hospitality tray consisted of a kettle and sachets of tea, coffee and powdered creamer. No luxuries just a luxurious price. We cannot recommend to anyone as we feel very poor value for money.

The hotel itself was great, with nice, clean rooms and fast service. But the parking on site is terrible, with extremely limited number of spots which are not available for reservation either. When asked about parking at the front desk, basically had the front desk staff worker laugh in our face, followed by a sarcastic remark. With no intent to even suggest any alternatives when asked about other parking possibilities. I may expect that kind of attitude in a god forgotten hostel but not at a global hotel chain, with a €270 price per night for a simple room...

Hotel in general is fine. Houskeeping dont do cleaning properly, If you request any thing from room service, housekeeping or recption, they will forget about it and you will keep on waiting. Food is ok, every day same menu in breakfast no changes.

Good location and nice facility! Very nice fitness center. UBER was an easy fix to the Center if you don't want to walk. Nice lobby, bar and restaurant.

I always love staying in this hotel, the rooms are great, clean and modern, breakfast is delicious and the staff are amazing.
