Väldigt fräscht och trevligt hotell. Vänlig personal. Extra plus att hotellet hade ett garage med direkt access till hotellet.

Zeer mooi en modern hotel. Fijne kamers, koffie/thee, gratis fles water. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Niet 100% proper, toen ik wat water op de vloer wou opvegen was de handdoek zeer vuil. De volle parking zorgde voor veel last, ook bij andere hotelgasten. Er was nergens plaats, dus dan maar foutgeparkeerd :-(

Nous avons adoré. La chambre dispose d'un frigo. Il y a un bar et un restaurant près de l'entrée principale. Tout est propre. Ça sent bon. Nous sommes à 2 minutes à pieds d'une station de tramway, qui nous permet de se rendre aisément aux principales attractions. Nous n'avons qu'à traverser la rue en fait. Il n'y avait pratiquement aucun bruit près de notre chambre, qui était située au 2e étage. Ce fût un excellent séjour, je recommande activement cet hôtel.

Overall, I didn’t feel the stay offered good value for money — honestly, I could have just booked Hyatt instead. There were several disappointments throughout our visit. The room felt too dark, and when we asked the staff, we were simply told that the lighting was designed that way, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the in-room safe didn’t work and had to be manually opened by staff. The lifts also felt old and definitely in need of renovation. We were also surprised to find that some basic amenities weren’t readily available in the room. We had to request items like a robe, toothbrush, and slippers. The lotion even ran out during our stay. While the service to deliver these requests was quick, we would expect such essentials to be provided upfront without the hassle of having to order them online. Room service was another letdown. Although a 24-hour menu was advertised, we were told at 10:30 PM that the kitchen had already closed at 10 PM, forcing us to order food from outside. Similarly, the bar closed 20 minutes earlier than the posted hours. The gym located in the basement was good enough, though we couldn’t be bothered with the sauna. The restaurant prices were extortionate with a very limited offering. Not gonna lie, food overall in Cologne was a letdown, so this wasn’t a big surprise. On the positive side, the umbrella-on-demand service was a nice touch, and the reception staff were professional and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. While the selection wasn’t extensive, the eggs and hash browns were excellent — probably the highlight of our stay.

All together a pleasant experience staying at this property. Very clean and tidy. Super quality of service by all staff (Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping). Away from the noise and bustle yet so close to happening spots.

I stayed here for two nights as I travelled from the UK to watch my daughter singing in her band who were playing at a nearby festival. The woman at the desk where you check in was very friendly and helpful. I ate at the hotel's restaurant that evening but wasn't impressed by the limited vegetarian choices and also the extortionate prices. However, the food was nice although it was small portions. The only other issue that I had was when at breakfast, I wanted some baked beans to go with my scrambled egg but there were none left. I asked the waitress if there are anymore and she said they were coming but proceeded to do something else before getting them and by the time they arrived my egg was cold! Another issue I had was not being able to get into my room after breakfast as the door card wasn't;t working. I asked the cleaner if she could open the door but she couldn't and then phoned down to reception. I waited for around 15 minutes before they arrived (totally unacceptable) and particularly as I needed to use the toilet and to get ready to go out. When they arrived, they discovered that the battery in the door had run out. I would suggest to the hotel that batteries are regularly checked and changed to avoid this from happening. Given that this hotel is a well known one and not the cheapest, I expect a much better service.
