Cafe da manha é bom.

Atendimento demorado, passaram pessoas na frente de uma fila imensa. Ai perguntei porque essas pessoas foram passadas na frente. Eles me disseram que essas pessoas tinham reservas, mas eu tambem tinha e fiquei 1 hora ou mais na fila. Tentei explicar , mas nao me deram atenção.
